• We have initial discussions with you regarding your training needs
• Based on the needs identified we design the draft training course
• We meet with you to finalise the learning objectives and course content
• We give you a fully costed proposal for the course
• We deliver the tailored course at your premises or your preferred location
• We give you a copy of the evaluation sheets completed by the participants on the course
• When we have considered the feedback from the participants and any further feedback you may have we agree appropriate modifications
