Paul worked with Bank of Ireland from 1974 to 2014 with the latter years of his career in the Bank’s Credit Risk Function. From 2004 to 2009 he worked as a Director in the Property Finance Division in Corporate Banking. His earlier career was in the Retail Division in various front line, specialist support and credit roles.
Padraig worked with Bank of Ireland from 1973 to 2015 when he retired as Director Corporate Banking.

He has worked in strategic reviews of various banks around the world and been involved in the implementation of change in their structures. Des also delivers training programmes in these banks. He delivers interactive credit training programmes via Internet and has recently completed these programmes with financial institutions in China and Thailand.
